How To Grow In Your Relationships

This week, I’m starting a longer series on how to grow in your relationships. ⁠

You will have different things to work on depending on your attachment style. ⁠

👉🏻If you are more avoidant, you must work on opening up, holding space for others, and creating a trusting relationship. Suffice it to say you are not as low maintenance as you think. ⁠

My question to you: ⁠
How will you show up? ⁠

How will you open up? ⁠

👉🏻If you are more anxious, you might need to work on filtering; you think you are being more direct than you are. But partners get overwhelmed by you, they may not feel like they can mirror your interest, and if you are ahead of them, they feel bad; they feel like they can’t catch up, so they leave. ⁠

You will need to work on filtering. On adjusting your expectations and communicating more clearly. Because you have a hard time knowing what is too much to expect or not enough. ⁠

Boundaries will be necessary. ⁠
